23rd May 1987- Friendly, North Korea XI 0 Watford 1 (played in Nanjing, China)

This was our first game in a friendly tournament called The Great Wall Cup. It was an eight team tournament with two groups of four, the top two in each group qualifying for the semi-finals. The other teams in our group were the Chinese National XI and Hubei.
